I’m LaJundra “Jan” Carr, MBA — Founder & Principal Consultant of CARRtegrity Consulting, LLC. For me, CARRtegrity isn’t just a company name, it’s a calling. It was born out of my belief that true empowerment comes from knowledge, access, and integrity.

My journey has taken me through roles as a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor, Licensed Insurance Agent, HR/Operations Manager, and business consultant. Along the way, I’ve guided families into homeownership, helped entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses, and equipped clients with insurance and financial tools to protect what matters most.

I hold both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Finance. I’ve combined that formal training with hands-on experience to create solutions that are not only strategic but also practical and people-centered.

Through CARRtegrity, I provide access to a full spectrum of protection — including Life, Health, and Property & Casualty insurance solutions — along with financial literacy, housing empowerment support, notary, loan signing, and business consulting services.

But titles and degrees don’t tell the whole story. CARRtegrity was built on values that reflect who I am: Committed, Authentic, Relentless, and Resourceful. Those values drive how I show up for every client — whether it’s securing coverage, guiding financial literacy, or simply being a trusted voice in their corner.

At the heart of it all, my mission is simple: to help people rise above limits, build generational wealth, and create legacies that last.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me encouraging others to chase their goals, spending time with my family, or pouring back into my community.
